Huiying Xu, received the M.S. degree from National University of Defense Technology(NUDT), China. She is an associate professor with the School of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang Normal University, and also the researcher of Research Institute of Ningbo Cixing Co. Ltd, PR, China. Her research interests include Kernel learning and feature selection, Object Detection, Vision SLAM, Computer vision, Image processing, Pattern recognition, Computer simulation, Deep clustering, Diffusion Model, Multiple Kernel Learning, Learning with incomplete data and their applications. She is a member of the China Computer Federation. She has published papers, including those in highly regarded journals such International Journal of Intelligent Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Multimedia, ACM MM, etc.

Brief Bio:

Huiying Xu received the M.S. degree from National University of Defense Technology(NUDT), China. She is an associate professor with the School of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang Normal University, and also the researcher of Research Institute of Ningbo Cixing Co. Ltd, PR, China.

Her research interests include deep learning, object detection/tracking and its application research in computer vision, image segmentation, generative adversarial network, diffusion model, VAR image generation algorithm and application research, medical image AI and other algorithms and their application research.

As the main complete person, she won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Science and Technology in Zhejiang Province, the second prize of Scientific and Technology Progress ( promotion ) of the Ministry of Education and other three national, provincial and ministerial scientific and technology achievements awards. She is a member of the China Computer Federation.

She has applied for and authorized more than 40 invention patents ( including more than 20 PCT international patents ), published more than 10 papers on IEEE Trans and CCF-A, and published more than 10 papers on the international top academic conference in the field of CCF-A Artificial Intelligence as the corresponding author / first author. She once guided students with the first instructor to win the special prize of Huawei Fatigue Driving Intelligent Recognition Competition in the 18th “ Challenge Cup “ National College Students’ Extracurricular Academic and Technological Works Competition in 2023. This is the third special prize in the history of the school, the first special prize in the “ Challenge Cup “ special competition project, the second prize in the “ Challenge Cup “ and “ Internet+ “ College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Zhejiang Province, the silver prize in China’s Internet+ National Competition, the national first prize in the College Students’ Service Outsourcing Competition, and the national first prize in the Ruikang Robot Competition. Guide undergraduates to complete four “ New Talent Plan “ Projects in Zhejiang Province and three National College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program Projects.
